THERAPY CHANGES THINGS
Talk & Music Psychotherapy

Catherine Jolly, LMFT*, FAMI*

Adults: Do you

  • feel blocked or weighed down by the effects of childhood pain?
  • find that you’re getting in your own way by overworking, using substances, or staying in unhealthy relationship dynamics?
  • lack clarity or confidence about your dreams and goals in work, family, or community change?

I will provide respect, warmth, and structure, bringing your strengths to the healing process, so that you can overcome trauma and move through blocks. I will guide you in living more freely and powerfully.

Artists/Musicians/Writers: Do you suffer from

  • low morale?
  • being spread too thin?
  • isolation?
  • lulls or creative blocks?
  • lack of compensation or societal recognition?

I will help you find your creative voice again, so you can develop your artistic vision and build a stronger support system for yourself.  As a musician, I understand the joys and hardships of the creative life. I’ll work with you to build your artistic self-esteem and find rejuvenation.

Teens/Young Adults: Do you struggle with

  • depression?
  • lack of support?
  • relationship troubles?
  • fear about the future?
  • confusion about who you are and your place in the world?

I will help you build a stronger sense of who you are. I can also help you work through family, school, and social issues, and put together a tool kit for dealing with stress.
